At Untold Collections, we strive to provide you with the best, but we understand that mistakes can happen. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we've got you covered. Here's how to make it right:

  1. Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged, simply email us at support@untoldcollections.com within 15 days of purchase with your order number and a picture of the damage. We'll expedite a replacement at no cost to you.

  2. Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product or size (please provide your order number and a picture of the product received), we'll send you the correct one.

  3. Production Error: In case of misprints, misalignment, fading, blurriness, or any visible defect, let us know with pictures, and we'll ensure a flawless replacement.

Upon the successful delivery of your artwork, please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for stolen artworks or packages left at your front door. To ensure the safe receipt of your artwork, we recommend selecting the "signature required" option during checkout. Simply specify this request in the checkout notes and special instructions to prevent unattended deliveries.

Policy Details: Please keep in mind that our reorder policy lasts for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we won't be able to offer you a reorder.

Each piece of artwork we create is a unique, custom-made masterpiece, tailored specifically for you or your collector. This means that once you place your order, it immediately enters our production process, and for this reason, all orders are considered final.
